Title: Fictional Horizon
Imaginary Icelandic landscape with Bandaids.
• An effort to keep an idea, a memory of an endless unspoiled horizon which has been given away and destroyed to charge batteries for heavy industry.
• An effort to consolate and heal a traumatized mind that used to love and be proud of belonging to the unspoiled horizon.
Method and material: Watercolor on cotton canvas, 28 mtrs x 20 cm, bandaid, imaginary resources and viewers imagination. For sale in pieces or as a whole. Selling will not devalue the fictional landscape as it will not seize to exist.
The exhibition is not sponsored by any companies that sell energy or that work in heavy industry.
